Sunscreens are products combining several ingredients that help prevent the sun’s ultraviolet (UV) radiation from reaching the skin. Two types of ultraviolet radiation, UVA and UVB, damage the skin, age it prematurely, and increase your risk of skin cancer.

UVB is the chief culprit behind sunburn, while UVA rays, which penetrate the skin more deeply, are associated with wrinkling, leathering, sagging, and other light-induced effects of aging (photoaging). They also exacerbate the carcinogenic effects of UVB rays, and increasingly are being seen as a cause of skin cancer on their own. Sunscreens vary in their ability to protect against UVA and UVB.

How much Sunscreen should I use?

To ensure that you get the full SPF of a sunscreen, you need to apply by using 2 fingers rule (cream/milky texture) or 1/4 tsp method (watery texture). Reapply every 2 – 3 hours with the same amount.

TYPE OF SUNSCREEN :-

1.PHYSICAL :- sits on top of t The skin and reflects the sun’s rays. The minerals titanium dioxide and zinc oxide are the main active ingredients in physical blocks. Less irritating and a better fit for sensitive skin. More moisturizing, which can feel heavy on the skin. Difficult to fully blend into the skin.

2.CHEMICAL :- absorbs into the skin and then absorbs UV rays, converts the rays into heat, and releases them from the body. The active ingredients in chemical sunscreens include avobenzone, octinoxate and oxybenzone. Typically thinner consistency than physicals, making them more wearable for some.

3. HYBRID :- Using both Physical and Chemical ingredients.

Assalamualaikum semua. Untuk pertama kalinya mommy nak kongsi resepi daging hari ni. Daging masak kicap biasa yang selalu kita masak cuma resepi mommy ada black pepper, daun kari, serai, ubi kentang dan tomato. Jom kita tengok bahan-bahan dan resepinya.

BAHAN-BAHAN :-

-Daging 150 gram (dihiris nipis supaya tak perlu masak lama)

-Serai 1 batang (dititik/diketuk)

-1 biji ubi kentang (dipotong 16) supaya senang masak.

-1/2 biji bawang besar (dipotong)

-2 ulas bawang putih (diketuk/dipenyetkan)

-1 tangkai daun kari.

-1/2 biji tomato dipotong 4 (pengganti asam jawa sebab tomato lebih rasa sedap dan semulajadi)

-1/2 ketul kiub pati ayam knorr.

-1 sudu besar serbuk lada hitam.

-1 sudu besar lada hitam hancur

-Kicap manis

-Sos seafood

-Garam secukup rasa.

CARA – CARA :-

1.Panaskan minyak. Masukkan daging. Masukkan serbuk kunyit. Goreng dahulu daging sehingga kering air. Tak perlu direbus.

2. Masukkan ubi kentang. Letak sedikit sahaja air supaya kentang masak. Masak sehingga air kering.

3. Masukkan serai, bawang putih, bawang besar, daun kari dan kiub pati ayam knorr. Masak selama 5 minit. Api perlahan.

4. Masukkan sos seafood 1 sb. masukkan kicap manis sebanyak 10 kali goncangan (boleh lebih kalau nak kuah lebih)

5. Masukkan garam, serbuk lada hitam dan lada hitam hancur. Gaul sebati.

6. Letak sedikit air dan masukkan tomato. Masak selama 5 minit . SIAP!

Pagi tadi Anis share resepi pancake yang mudah dan boleh buat sendiri je. So sekarang Anis share resepi Ayam Masak Bali yang mudah jugak nak dimasak. Dan sangat sedap. Lebih kurang macam Ayam Masak Merah cuma Ayam Masak Bali ni menggunakan Serai dan Daun Kari yang banyak. Boleh cuba buat untuk keluarga cuma resepi Anis untuk 3 orang je makan tengah hari. Kalau untuk ramai kena lebihkan ayam, cili kisar, serai dan daun kari. Okay jom!

BAHAN-BAHAN :-

-4 hingga 6 ketul ayam

-2 batang serai dititik/diketuk

-2 tangkai daun kari

-Gula (secukup rasa)

-Garam (secukup rasa)

-1 ketul kiub pati ayam Knorr

-Kicap manis 6 kali titik/goncang

-Serbuk kunyit (untuk goreng ayam)

BAHAN-BAHAN (dikisar) :-

-10 biji cili kering (direbus)

-1 biji bawang besar (size besar)

-5 ulas bawang putih

-1/2 inci halia

*Kisar semua bahan-bahan ni sehingga halus.

CARA-CARA :-

1.Lumurkan kunyit dan garam pada ayam. Goreng dalam 10-15 minit. Jangan terlalu garing ye. Ketepikan.

2.Goreng serai yang telah diketuk tadi dengan minyak gorengan ayam sehingga kekuningan. Api sederhana.

Mommy keluarkan sedikit minyak gorengan ayam tadi sebab tak suka terlalu banyak minyak

3.Masukkan daun kari. Kacau dan goreng bersama serai tadi. Jangan sampai hangus.

4.Masukkan cili yang telah dikisar tadi dan biarkan sehingga kering dan pecah minyak.

Pastikan cili betul-betul masak ye. Biar sampai kering dan pecah minyak

5.Masukkan kiub pati ayam knorr.

6.Masukkan kicap sebanyak 6 titik (goncangan).

7.Masukkan gula dan garam secukup rasa. Gaulkan. Ikut rasa masing-masing ye.

8.Masukkan ayam yang telah digoreng tadi.

9.Gaul rata selama 10 minit. SIAP!

Rasa macam dah lama Anis tak kongsi resepi kat blog. Busy dengan skincare je. Pagi tadi tak tahu nak masak apa untuk sarapan sikecil ni. So, berpancake jela hari ni sebab semua bahan memang ada kat dapur dan senang. Jom tengok apa bahan-bahan pancake Anis. Memang sangat mudah dan sedap.

BAHAN-BAHAN :-

1 cawan susu segar/full cream

1 cawan tepung gandum

1 1/2 sudu besar gula

1 sudu kecil baking powder

1 sudu kecil esen vanila

1 biji telur

2 sudu besar minyak masak/minyak jagung/mentega yang telah dicairkan

CARA – CARA :-

1.Campurkan semua bahan-bahan diatas didalam blender. Kisar sehingga semua bahan sebati dan tepung tidak berketul-ketul. biarkan selama 15 minit supaya pancake jadi lebih gebu.

2. Cedokkan 1 senduk kecil adunan ke atas kuali non-stick pan yang panas dan guna api sederhana. Tak payah guna minyak ye.

3. Bila adunan tadi dah timbul lubang-lubang kecil macam dalam gambar dibawah, terbalikkan pancake tu.

4. Biarkan seketika (40-60 saat), kemudian angkat sebab da masak.

MY THOUGHT :-

I’m like using this face mist and will repurchase again and again. I love the citrusy scent and the pH value is 5.3! The citrusy scent is like fresh and natural! It really give my skin the boost of hydration especially musim panas ni. I feels more moisturizing. I just spritz two to three time and tap until well absorbed and has made my skin look healthy. I used this mist as a toner and layered with SIORIS FEEL SO FRESH TONER. Its really amazing! It didn’t cause any irritation or redness to my skin so far. I give 5/5 for rating. Repurchase? YES! YES! YES!

MY THOUGHT:-

At first, I excited sangat nak try this cleanser. Teruja because I really like foaming cleanser and this cleanser ada green herbs, lain dari yang lain. But but but, this cleanser is not work out for me . I’m seriously sad. It cause breakouts on my skin. I tried 3 times and rest for 4-5 days and gave up completely after. I don’t like the scent but it has a nice foam. I like the concept of green herb at the bottom of the bottle. This cleanser worked on my husband skin. He liked how this cleanser gentle to his skin. I recommended this cleanser to oily skin because green tea is good for them, it helps to control the sebum and clean it thoroughly without irritating the skin.

MY THOUGHT:-

First, I really enjoyed using this cleanser because of the low pH, cheapest and scent. The citrusy scent is really refreshing! There is NO Paraben, NO Alcohol, NO SLS. I langsung tak rasa this cleanser mengeringkan skin. There is no tight feeling after using this cleanser. I’m using for both morning and night routine. I liked how this cleanser worked and very gentle to my skin. But if you are sensitive with essential oils, please avoid. I’m okay with essential oils. hehehe.

REPURCHASE? No. Because I want to try other cleanser. Wishlist I masih panjang. hahaha

MY THOUGHT :

Firstly, I’m a big fan of gel cream because its really suit my skin type and for CNP VITA-B ENERGY CREAM, I really love it!!! I’m using this gel-cream as a daily moisturizer but only for morning routine since my skin type is combination to oily skin. My skin do not have enough hydrate when i used for night routine (so sad). What I love about this gel-cream because it’s super cooling! It feels like feeding the skin directly with water. seriously sangat best! It absorbs pretty quickly and plumps the skin up immediately. Honestly I prefer using as a morning routine. It doesn’t leave the skin sticky at all. I like the texture, scent and this is one of my favorite gel-cream that I’ve tried. It really helped my skin tone especially my acne scar. I give 5/5 for rating. Repurchase? Yes! I don’t mind the price as long as it makes me happy when I’m using any skincare.hehehe. Recommended for combination to oily skin type if your are looking for deep hydration and not sticky. Please try this gel-cream.
